SHORT FILM
A short film is any motion picture that is short enough in running time not to be considered a feature film.
RULES

The short film must be original and should only use original and copyright-free content. Plagiarism will not be entertained.

The entry fee for participating in the festival for short film is INR 800/-

There is no particular theme for the short film. So, the theme is OPEN.

The entries can be short films, animations or experimental art.

The short film can be in any language. No language barrier. Films in languages other than English, Hindi, and Marathi should carry subtitles in English.

Adult content of any kind will not be entertained.

The total runtime of the Short Film, including opening & closing credits, should strictly be a maximum of 40 minutes.

Films once entered cannot be withdrawn. NO refunds

Due credits must be given to the cast and the crew in the film as we have individual prizes for a director, writer, editor, cameraman etc.

Gandhar Events & Entertainment reserves the right to use the material submitted by the participants in any form, online or offline, for the festival's promotional and archival purposes. Note that your entire short film will never be shared with anyone or uploaded online without your permission. We understand that filmmakers want to keep the films private, and we will honour that.

Inappropriate content, blasphemy or content defaming any political party or religious group is strictly prohibited. This will lead to the disqualification of the short film.
